The majority of our solicitors have been practising in Perth for the majority, if not all, of their legal careers. We are driven by what is in our clients’ best interests and will always try to resolve matters in a quick and efficient manner. We do realise clients often have to see solicitors at a time which is difficult or stressful.
We have both private paying clients and legal aid clients. We will always assess your entitlement to legal aid. Legal aid is offered for Family Law, Criminal Court work, Wills, Power of Attorney and may cover other civil matters.
We also offer a free 15-minute consultation. This is a great opportunity for clients to find out if their problem requires a solicitor and for us to advise on the best way to proceed and if you may be entitled to Legal Aid for the work. In addition, this gives our clients an opportunity to ask questions that they may be concerned about but not know if there is a legal issue or not.
