Billy Warden – Partner

Billy obtained his Law Degree in 1990 and has been a Partner with Culley & McAlpine since 2021. He is responsible for the conveyancing department and can assist with all aspects in domestic house sales or purchases. He also has an interest in Children’s Law and is regularly appointed by the Sheriff Court to investigate and report upon cases involving children e.g. adoptions and residence disputes. He is also a Safeguarder to children within the Children’s Hearing process and is involved with that on a weekly basis.
