Pauline Cullerton – Partner
Pauline joined the firm in 2010 as a solicitor and became a partner in 2018. She graduated with an LLB, DipLP and Notary Public from Dundee University and specialises in all aspects of criminal law. Outside of work she enjoys going to the gym, spending time with family and watching her son play football.

Bethany Downham – Trainee Solicitor
Bethany joined Culley & McAlpine in 2023 and obtained her LLB (Hons) from Stirling University in 2022, alongside completing her Professional Legal Diploma from Dundee University in 2023. She is due to fully qualify in July 2025.

Megan Watson – Paralegal
Megan joined the firm in February 2021 and is currently completing a Criminal Paralegal Course with us. In the office Megan supports our solicitors that deal with criminal matters. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Tom Warden – Software Developer & Admin Assistant
Tom joined us in 2024 as our resident software developer and has worked on our updating our website. He has a BA in Popular music and is due to start his Msc in Computer Science in September alongside working with us on different development and admin tasks throughout the day.
